Great Lakes Endurance has added two new trail races in Wisconsin for 2010:
Keyes Peak will have a marathon and 10K near Keyes Lake in the northern Wisconsin town of Florence on June 19. Both courses are scenic single loops that include dirt forest roads, double track, cross country ski trails, and single track trail through rolling terrain.
Hartman Creek will have a 25K and 10K at Hartman Creek State Park near Waupaca, WI on September 12. Both courses are out and back on single track, which includes part of the Ice Age Trail and a brand new trail that was built by the Waupaca based Cronies Trail Crew.
Both events also host a 2K kids run.
In my past experience, RD Jeff Crumbaugh and Great Lakes Endurance run very well organized events, including Grand Island Marathon (which is full for 2010).
